Exercise and physical therapy for older adults are discussed on the Vintage Times, a local cable television program for older persons.

Regular exercise provides many health benefits for older adults. It can make us feel stronger, more limber, more energetic and more independent. “Exercise is important for our physical and mental health. It can help with balance problems, difficulty walking, high blood pressure and more. Exercise can be an effective treatment for chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, or diabetes”, says Mary Lou Savino, owner of the Be Fit Physical Therapy and Pilates clinic in Downers Grove.
