to the legal voters, residents of the Township of Downers Grove in the county of DuPage and the State of Illinois, that the Annual Town Meeting of said Township will take place on

Tuesday April 8, 2008

being the second Tuesday of said month

at the hour of 7:30 o’clock P.M.

at ASHTON PLACE, 341 75TH STREET, WILLOWBROOK, ILLINOIS

for the transaction of the miscellaneous business of the township; and after a Moderator has been elected, will proceed to hear and consider reports of Officers, and decide on such measures as may, in pursuance of law, come before the meeting; in accordance with the following agenda:

We will accept written and oral questions at the Annual Town Meeting. Resolutions to be considered must be presented to the Town Clerk in writing by Tuesday, April 1, 2008 so copies can be made for distribution at the Annual Town Meeting.
