The Township Clerk, is pleased to announce that the Township office has been certified as a passport acceptance agency. Passport applications will be accepted Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm. Starting July 6, 2010 to September 3, 2010 passport applications will be accepted during our summer office hours from 8:30 am – 4 pm Monday – Thursday and Fridays 8:30 am – 12 pm.

Proof of U.S. Citizenship
Proof of Identity
Two Photographs

Fees
Full instructions are included on the passport form located at Passport Services. You may go there and print out your form before hand and acquaint yourself with the requirements.

Payment Method
You may pay the passport and execution fees in one of the following forms: Checks-personal, certified, traveler’s; bank draft or cashier’s check; money order-U.S.Postal, or currency exchange.
