Robert DelSarto

Robert C. Del Sarto was appointed to the Downers Grove Township Board to fill a vacancy in January 1997 and was elected to full terms in 1997, 2001, and 2005. He was born and raised in Cicero, Illinois and has been a Township resident since 1975.

Robert is married to Joan and resides in Willowbrook. He is an open lands advocate and served on the Willowbook Long-Range Planning Commission in 1992 establishing future village growth. He presently serves on the Willowbrook Plan Commission and is a fiscal conservative.

His entire business career has been in the construction industry; primarily in brick and cement work. Now retired, he keeps busy with various community and business groups.
