Biography

William J. Swanston has been a resident of Westmont since 1968. Bill was first elected to the Downers Grove Township Board in 1981. Previously, he served as Treasurer for the Village of Westmont for four years and Westmont Plan Commission for three years.

Currently, Bill consults with the executive recruiting firm Edwards, Swanston & Fox, he is Treasurer of the Westmont Lions Club.
