Hanna Benioff - Vintage Times

Moving from our family home to a smaller home can be an overwhelming process both physically and emotionally. A discussion about the importance of organizing and planning a move to a smaller home is presented on the Vintage Times, a local cable television program for senior citizens.

Senior homeowners often find it necessary to “downsize” in order to prepare for a move to a smaller home. Patty Wolf, a professional organizer explains that downsizing can be a daunting process: “There comes a time when it becomes difficult for seniors to take care of a large home, yard and chores. We want to move to a smaller home but feel overwhelmed. Not only do we have to leave our longtime home, we also have to part with some of our belongings. This can be a difficult process, It is therefore important to plan a move well in advance.”
